While the children are growing, there exist physical changes that occur in their body systems. The changes are initiated by the body hormones released in their body at the age of 12 rears and 14 years. The physical changes include the increased height and weight. The physical conformation of the child?s body starts to develop and define the exact person. The children have increased strength and uncontrolled feeding may lead to obesity. The physical changes are initiated by the pituitary growth hormone that initiates growth in the body. During physical development, children sometimes they are faced with feeding disorders, which make their disgusting as they keep in choosing the kind of food to consume (Payne & Isaacs, 2012).
As the physical development occurs, the brain also develop. It may result in a diverse way of thinking and acting. Middle childhood kids develop different ways of approaching problems by reasoning and developing ways of resolving the problems. Most surprisingly they become more creative in designing better means of solving the problems facing them. For example; kids starts figuring out the reasons for doing something. In the real sense, they figure out whether the activity they are doing is right or wrong.

During the middle childhood, the children also developmental changes that influence their way of thinking. It enables the children to find their focus in life and follow their dreams. The development of the mindset of the child sees the child develop reasoning and redefinition judgment that involve critical evaluation of the situation at hand. In this stage, the children seem to be more organized, flexible and more logical. The children also move from the egocentrism nature to a super egocentrism a stage that involves cognitive development for reasoning purposes.
The stage involves the ability of the child to think accurately through imagination to figure out a scenario and determine the consequences of the happening. The mental development enhances the transformational development of the mental presentation. It also increases the mastery of the objects the come across every day. For example, the child can be given a jar with some sweets and be able to consume as he/she recounts the sweets (Payne & Isaacs, 2012).
Piaget on his analysis, he describes the mastery content of the middle childhood as a conservatory, serration reversible and spatial reasoning. The children can learn various aspects of the objects and become very proud of the knowledge. It enables them to develop the mastery content of the objects. For example, a child will keep on trying to do something until the plan is accomplished. Such a successful happening will enable the kid to develop the morale and the cognitive skills among them. Such creative designs and success of the products they study will allow the children to improve their thinking and reasoning perspective.

The moral development of the middle childhood id the ability of the children to tell the right and the wrong. At times, the children are faced with multiple choices that need them to make independent decisions that will influence the position of the parties. Through the interpersonal skills that the children learn from their peers and adult interaction, they are capable of making decisions that reflect the nature of the existing circumstances. The society and the environment in which the children have grown in, design the moral uprightness of the kid. But, as the as the children grow physically and emotionally, the conceptualization of right and wrong is also inculcated in them.

As the children grow, the relationship between them and the neighboring children starts to abide. It the children gain more friends and acquaintances in the neighborhood. The children stop to become on friends and playmates, and the relationship extends to become companions. It is most common whole the children starts imitating how their parents behave back at home. In this stage, the children develop the generic makeup and feelings begins to develop.
Though the children have developed feelings towards their companions, they still have a strong partner with their family. They still prefer the family affection rather than just mere presence. The children will prefer their mother or fathers? affection more than of to have the sense of belonging.
Furthermore, the increased desire to engage in relationship inculcate shame guilt and pride among the children. These are an emotional development that help to improve the self-esteem of the children. The interaction between the children in the middle childhood with adult increases the level of shame and guilt. It enables the children to gain courage and be cautious of the things they do.

Most important id the moral support from the family members and the friends. As the children endeavor in various beliefs and emotions, the family members of the family, as well as the experience friends, are there to guide them through emotional and other physical development. Sharing experiences with the children enables them to understand the circumstances of the happening and develop a better attitude and mitigating means to adapt to changes in their middle and late childhood. For example, the hormonal change in ladies may make them feel guilty but moral support from elder sisters will make her overcome the changes. Again, in boys, the change in voice and male chauvinism need moral support and understanding to solve the issue out until he understands, and the cognitive development completes.

The changes that occur during the adolescent stage include the following.
- Deepening of voice in boys.
- There is widening of chest in both boys and girls.
- Widening of the hip bone in ladies.
- Genital parts growth and development.
- Emotional development in both boys and girls.
- Sexual hormones release in both children. That is testosterone boys and estrogen in ladies.
Late or early maturation do not have short-term or long-term problems. However, engagement in premarital sexual activities may result in contradicting sexually transmitted diseases and infections such as syphilis, gonorrhea, HIV-Aids and bulimia among others (Payne & Isaacs, 2012). Peer influence in some severe cases where there moral support of the Society members may lead to drug abuse. The resultant is influenced to engage in premarital sex or addictions. In the long long-run, the behavior may lead to disease contradiction, increased unplanned pregnancies, abortion or cancerous cell, especially with severe smoking and alcoholism.
Question 7
During adolescence, teenage developmentally and emotionally. The mental development represents the cognitive part of the development. The children show great ability in their reasoning ability. They can perform tasks given even with few instructions. They tend to play the most basic chores back at home without authorization. Moreover, they can define their goals in future. They stop to procrastinate on the dreams of early childhood and actualize their needs and perspective (Payne & Isaacs, 2012). For example in school, they learn their ability and work towards their achievable goals.
In moral uprightness, the teenage are capable of determining the wrong and the good. For example, if the teenage learn that what they are doing is, they may try to hide it or do it in the darkness. When starting up a relationship, they usually hide it from people compared to when they were young and could imitate parental responsibilities openly. In this regard, the cognitive development involves mental development. It involves the reasoning and problem solving while the moral development involves behavioral aspects of how a person carries himself or herself and the growth aspects that is necessitated by the society they live in or the religious customs.
